These Terms of Service govern your use of Elopics, a photo rating service where users upload photos, browse rankings, and rate photos shown in the app. By creating an account, uploading content, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

“User Content” includes photos, profile details, captions, names, metadata, and other information you submit.

However, by submitting User Content, you grant the service operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, improve, secure, and support the service.
